Is this a pull on boots? I wear size 4. Is this 4 1/2? Is it from smoke free home?

Hi, yes of course smoke free and in great condition! These are a size 5 but fit like a size 4! I wear a size 4.5 and they are snug on me. also you will be wearing thick socks in the winter. Best :) I have other size 4 listed.
