LIZ Claiborne NWT Summer Dress

This dress is so sweet and charming it's never been worn it is new with tags it is made out of 90% nylon 3% spandex this is very flattering does have a slight stretch on the waist line it is slitly cinched in for even more flattering look it is made in Cambodia. 100% polyester lining underneath it does have a nice lining underneath the dress and it's in a beautiful ocean type of blue teal color. 23in pit to pit with some stretch available and abt 44in from top of shoulder to bottom hem line.
