kksbagroomWell it has now been 7 months since I sent you my coach bag. Is there some reason you arent responding? I guess I don’t understand. I was 14th in a line when you were on #9. That was in October. I really would just like to have my bag back. It is obviously not going to be done. This is so disappointing and very unprofessional.
