They have raised seams up the front and back, are wide leg with a slight crop, and secure with side zipper. The drama is heightened by the four functional white snaps at the bottom of each leg that can be left fully/partially undone, or completely snapped up for a more seamless look. The material is sleek, but comfy and lightly swings when you walk. These are so fun that I bought in two sizes. This pair of trousers are unworn with tags attached. I bought them directly from Barneys New York when they still existed :( I've included shots of models in the trousers in Green to give an idea of the fit.
