The album was Ronstadt's third to reach #1 on the Billboard 200 album chart, ultimately earning Double Platinum status. Three singles released from the album made it on the Billboard Hot 100 chart; 'Ooh Baby Baby', a cover version of the 1965 hit single by the Miracles (featuring alto-sax work from David Sanborn) shot to #7, a cover of the 1959 Chuck Berry hit 'Back in the U.S.A.' reached #16 and a cover of the 1963 Doris Troy hit 'Just One Look,' during an eight week span, peaked at #44.
