This is swim top only no bottoms
It is new with tags. I’m usually a 28 and it fit but I’m 5’ 2” and the straps all the way tighten still made the skirt part of the top super long on me.
I actually ordered a different top that was on back order but ordered this as a backup in case it didn’t arrive in time. By the time the other arrived by return window had closed.
