mrsjrounds @mill0316 your photos are fine. There are a lot of accounts posting comments like that trying to get contact info from folks. I flag as spam and then poshmark removes the comment. If you look at other listings of new closets, you'll see the exact same messages on various listings. I got them when I first listed stuff, too. I eventually added a notice that I automatically flag as spam and they did stop. Not sure if it was coincidence or not... Hope a buyer for your crocs shows up soon!

mrsjrounds @mill0316 poshmark's guidelines state: "Off-platform communication: You may not request someone contact you by phone, e mail, or other means outside of Poshmark’s established community spaces to support the completion of a transaction." Anybody who's actually making a purchase would get their own confirmation, too.

mrsjrounds @mill0316 I would be really wary of anything that comes "from poshmark". Someone could make a fraudulent message that appears to be from poshmark, and try to get more info from you. They also could just be selling addresses🤷‍♀️ Other than being really careful what you click on in messages you receive, I don't really know what to tell you. I never ended up messaging anyone, so I don't know what happens next.

mrsjrounds @mill0316 if someone is ACTUALLY interested, they'll just have to ask real questions, or actually order through poshmark. Be patient, sales happen!

mrsjrounds @mill0316 As a seller, you shouldn't need to give ANY card info. When you've made a sale, if you want the cash sent to your bank account, you can link that up, but it's through the app, not an email.

mrsjrounds @mill0316 I wouldn't give any info yet. If you are in the poshmark app, you should have a notifications tab. I think PM would have a note there for anything they need you to do. You probably have a lot of notifications right now, but there are different categories (shares, sales, etc.) at the top and I would see if PM is really initiating this.
