sturdy canvas material (like Carhartt) utility overalls from REI in olive green 3 chest pockets, 2 front pockets, 2 back pockets, one hidden pocket, and a loop for tools/gear on the hip reinforced knees 2 hip snaps to adjust size fit me the whole time I was a pants size 4-8, but the straps needed to stay extended beyond size 4 and I'm just too short for it worn 2 or three times. I'd say they're like new. everything is as it should be. I'm 5'3" and I rolled them twice to hit the ankle but they're long enough to cover boots without touching the ground.
