This dress is so adorable I’m really bummed my girls are bazookas now! The bodice has a perfect shape on and the fabric looks kinda like a tweed then the bottom is a yummy satin like ruffle I guess you would call it but it’s not gathered.
It’s only been dry cleaned and I see no signs of even being worn.
