Hi, when entering the offer, the shipping comes up as $7.97 so I think you have to go into another acct. set up screen to change it?

Oh, I see, shipping is $3.99 when you simply buy, but not when you counter offer by a few dollars. I was trying to keep my total cost to $35, incl. tax and shipping.
