LF Rumor dress size M fits like small

Reposhing a gorgeous black and cream dress. Orig owner bought it for $228 according to the post I purchased from. It’s a size M but was way too tight for my 5’7” 150lb frame. Couldn’t even get it over my torso really. It fits like a small or smaller. I'd be happy to measure. It’s in excellent shape!!!
