One Way brand (Bought At LF) marching button up skirt and tank set in plaid. Both pieces 100% cotton. Skirt is high waisted and has a full front button close with small black buttons. Cropped tank has adjustable straps and a zip up close in the back. Both pieces have a comfortable amount of stretch and a really soft and breathable lining.
