Well loved and naturally stressed cut off LEI shorts (straight 90's here). I added the white ruffle at bottom years ago. Cute and cheeky. Please make offers, I wear a size 25 in Made Well and a Size 26 in TopSHop hope that helps in sizing. These are a bit snug as they are mid rise.
