LEGO Creator Expert Theater Building Set - Red, Tan, and Black

This is a LEGO Set from 2013 that is now retired. It is a highly sought after and hard to find. It was assembled once and then stored. Never played with by children. All pieces are accounted for and bagged according matching the instruction book. It come with the original instruction book but no box.
