pepepizzazz @ferociouspoodle this is type c. I tried googling if a galaxy note 5 takes a c and it said yes. However I dont have a note 5 so i have no idea what the cord looks like. If u want to post a pic of the end of ur charger, I can confirm. But according to google , yes, it takes a c. Which this is.

ferociouspoodle @pepepizzazz I graduated from Levittown Memorial...My Son & Grandson's all graduated from PMHS....I lost my Son to cancer Jan 4th 2017...I am flying back to Patchogue August 13th to see my Daughter-in-law & Grandson's...When they lend me one of their cars I get lost...It has changed so !!! Been in Ocala/Silver Springs for almost 35 years...I miss the snow but would now be afraid to drive in it !!
