The whole shoe is dark splashes of black and pink, and the laces and neon pink, the shoes come with a cord to charge them. Yes there is a "charge here" minnie outlet on the shoe were they charge. The light up shoes have multiple colors purple,blue,green, this shoe does not come with the own shoe box, Unfortunately it has been accidentally thrown away.Ive only wore this shoe once to try on and i never wore them so they just been sitting there lonly
