evettehiggins The shoe reads 38.5. To my knowledge the US does not promote such sizes so it would be euro. But I can only tell you what the shoe runs large. I can tell you that I am a true 8 1/2 in this bootie runs large it’s really more like a nine. It runs really large. I can also tell you that I Purchased this bootie from Neimans anddue to it running so large is why I’m selling it.
