Dear tinyraerae,
I try to teach a developmentally delayed daughter to sew on a modest budget. We upcycle garments & with alterations we put together history-bounding outfits & we enjoy wearing them with hats and gloves! You wouldn’t believe how those accessories transform ordinary clothes into something entirely different. This dress will make a great mid-1930s dress!
