Picked this dress up in Sunset Beach CA, at a little store called Endless Summer. This little number can be worn as a strapless dress or poke your arms through the cold shoulders and add some details to the look. Mini dress for sure. I’m 5’6” and this hits mid thigh. I’m also a larger bust size so I’m sure if you are smaller in the chest it could sit longer on you. Just a tiny spot on top where the seem is coming undone. I can fix that or if you prefer you can fix or have it done yourself.
