L&B ruffle bell sleeves flowy top

Lucky & Blessed soft cotton swing peasant style top. This has flowy red and black chevron sleeves. Boutique top, size tag missing, wears like a medium up to XL. Elastic gathering around the neckline can be worn off the shoulder or on. 2 small holes I have shown in the last few pictures. Does not take away from the top. Measurements are flat lay and approximate only Pit to pit 21" pit to hemline 19" Neck opening is 11" without stretching
