new with tag. this dress is stunning. sheer and ruffles all over. the back laves up. the dress is attached at front only. nice and light weight. perfect fall colors throw this on with a big rimmed hat and some boots and it would make a super cute outfit. size M measurements bust 38" however can go smaller or bigger die to the lacing up the back waist 28" (there is no stretch in waist band) skirt length 20" sleeve inseam 18" fall autumn sheer ruffles mini cutouts open back night out anytime * some pictures show blue. it's the TV and wall color showing through the sheer of the garment. it has no blue in it. all tan brown black and cream colors.
