These shoes are in good condition. They do show some signs of wear on the inside of the ankle and upper foot straps. The leather is good, it is the lining of the leather that is a bit broken down. The heals are in perfect condition and not broken down or weakened. The velcro makes this so easy to make the best fit for your feet.
