From the L Ashley Heirloom Collection...my measurements are 23" x 30.75" to the outside edges. Theirs are 20" by 26." but I don't think they're counting the outside border, The top is a pink floral print and the backing is a green/white print. It's 100% cotton and the suggested care is machine wash, gentle cycle.
