missridgegal @drequin yes it is ! I’ don’t have the fabric content at the moment. It’s at my apartment,,, I have purchased a house. It’s hanging nicely and would be able to ship on Monday ,, if you are interested. It’s a very cute dress. I think it’s a rayon / cotton blend. It’s fits Cute!! Tons of compliments when I wore it. Great condition 👍😊
