Sweet ruffled cold shoulder dress. Top layer is mesh floral with light blue liner that starts at bust (so must wear a strapless bra). Knee length if you're short (I'm 5'3). Drapey shoulders can also be worn under arms instead of cold shoulder style to wear as a shift dress. This is marked as a large juniors, and fits a woman's small. Excellent condition. Worn once.
