Brand new from the manufacturer, full length, banded high waist, 92% polyester 8% spandex, one size that fits 1XL through 3XL. Waist stretches from approx. 13" ~ 24", length 40" and inseam 27". All leggings are one size plus. The 2X is there so I can post the listing into plus size parties.
