Donating 6/23 Is a formal romper a thing? If so, this is it. It’s not silk, but it has the weight and look of silk — a bit of a sheen. Clever snaps and buttons to hold it closed and give it a defined waist. It’s been sitting in my closet for years, and could clearly use a good steam.
