This is a really pretty pair of leather summer wedges from L'Artiste that have multicolored leather flowers affixed to the straps. They are great for a summer outfit or sundress. I only wore them a few times as you can tell from the soles which are non-slip. They are a US Size 9/Euro Size 40.
