countrydweller @velvetlane1982 The main purpose for this notebook is to personalize it to make it helpful for your individual needs. - The notebook is gray - The first 'page' is a plastic holder for little misc items. - Tabs are provided to give you ideas about how to organize the notebook and have nothing with them. Except for: the 'recipes' tab which includes printed recipe sheets for you to write on; (see next page)

countrydweller @velvetlane1982 - the 'shopping lists' tab contains grocery list suggestions; and the 'activity tracker' tab contains sheets for tracking. Also, there are blank pages in the 'personal' tab. - There are pockets on the inside of the front and back covers. - The measurements are in my original pictures. The size is convenient to keep with you in a bag, backpack, car, desk, etc. I hope this is helpful.
