LALU Elastic Waist Skirt (bought in Singapore)

Adorable skirt! Worn only a couple of times. Length from top to bottom is about 23-24 inches. The skirt is pretty lightweight and features 2 pockets on the sides! The waist is half elastic, so it gives a little bit of stretch! Unfortunately, the tags do not say what material the fabric is made from, so I can't tell you what it is :( Let me know if you have questions.
