I keep reading reviews saying these run almost a full size larger. I wear a US 6 do you think these would work or are they pretty true to size in your opinion. Would you be able to measure the insole?

Hello, I read the reviews about the size also and usually wear a 6. They are tight on me but I also have a high insole arch so I don't know about the fit for you. I will say that they are a beautiful shoe and that after wearing them a few times, they will loosen up because they are suede. I am glad to measure the insole for you but not sure I understand what you want measure.
