thereloveshop So I made an observation and I'm not sure how to go about getting in contact with the right people. So I'll just comment it here. I noticed that 4 of the 6 of tonight's party hosts have prohibited items in their closet. Did the rules change again? Or do you guys just not care as much as you used to? Cuz I've noticed this happening so much more lately. Thx in advance for your reply.

luisacloset30 @dirtyshoebox it's easier if you can just request for a check rather than direct deposit. In my case, I requested for a check and in 2 days time , i got the check and deposited it in the bank right away with no hassle. I hope this one will help you. 😄😉😊

denisemichele1 Can someone from Posh please help me?? I am not receiving ANY emails from posh. I'm not getting tracking, deposit requests, shipping labels, offers.... nothing! I've emailed posh twice but never heard back. I did not change my settings and the emails are not in my spam. I've used posh for years and never had this problem.

I sent a package to a buyer, and she purchased two items, and as I was going to post office, I just put her other item in one box, and shipped together. Now I am getting notice that one item is still pending USPS scan, and that in fact the whole package was delivered on Saturday, but she hasnt been online active on Poshmark, and I have sent her contact several times regarding this and she isnt responding or accepting the package. What do I do? If anything.

nubella @aaronsgirl I hope you got an answer. For tracking purpose you can't put 2 orders in the same box unless they were both bought together as a bundle under 1 shipping label. Otherwise the 2nd item won't be tracked in the System. Items must match shipping label even if going to same buyer.

ladycrackerjack @pm_editor Hi! Happy Holidays. Just wanted to bring to your attention that there may possibly be a Posh glitch this am. The glitch being.....when I go to New Closets....zero new accts have popped up since about 2am est. it is now 910 am est. both the new followers with closets and new to posh. Have been white for hours. Maybe nobody has joined since then but I doubt it. Because posh is a ❤️Luvbeast. If something is broken can somebody please fix it.

mcstarz @aaronsgirl Hi This is Mcstarz only a stellar on the posh site. Turn your notifications on and you be able to track your order, get a response from your buyer, and read your star rating. Make sure your email is on your phone as that's where all notifications are first sent then posh is secondary. At least that's what works best from me.
