L.A. HEARTS- Ruffled Smocked Sk8r Mini Dress

This dress was in my top 3 favorite dresses in my adult life I would have to say until I shrunk it in the dryer instead of hang drying like I had done to wash it. Me being 5"11 had an issue that if I had bent over slightly it would then expose the rear.... no good even couldn't accept not having it so I tried lil biker shorts to help but it just wasn't the same I have majority of length from my torso area so I'm hoping this cute, fun skater dress will make someone who is shorter very happy.
