Kyte Baby Bamboo Sleep Sack Teal Green Sea Mist 1.0 TOG, Medium 6-18 month Tiny pinhole near top (see pic), hole under zipper closure at top (see pic) but not visible when closed and doesn't affect usage. There is also one other spot that feels like maybe a tag is caught between top layer of fabric and inner layer (again, not felt by baby) or may just be a small flawed spot. See pic of this.
