Kuhl Elsie top. Short sleeve button up. The sleeves are cuffed. The front bottom has two longer ends so that you can wear it tied up at the bottom. Lightweight breathable fabric. Makes a great top for the Summer, but light enough to layer with other sweaters or jackets. I am the only owner and always washed it delicately in cold and hung to dry.
