I'm a large 12/14 around 34" Waist and it just fit me and just made it over my hips. I think a medium/ smaller large it'll fit perfect! It feels like it could be a Linen or Linen Blend? I know Krista Larson likes to use natural fabrics. It definitely has some weight to it.
