Krist Gudnason California Vintage Floral Kaftan House Dress 1970 Mumu Size Small in very nice used condition. This pullover dress made of imported cotton features a bold floral print with large flowers in shades of red, purple and yellow against a black background. It has a square neckline and a loose flowing silhouette, typical of caftans or mumus from that era. The dress is not lined but does have pockets. Measurements are approximately 19” inches underarm to underarm and from shoulder to hem approximately 44” inches. Beautiful well made dress from the days of Mrs. Roper 🌺 Krist Gudnason was an Icelandic immigrant who founded Alice of California in 1925, later adding the Lil' Alice label. His designs often featured vibrant prints and comfortable, relaxed styles, reflecting the bohemian and Hawaiian influences of the time.
