Kramer of New York Rare Moveable Bell Crystal and Deep Blue Stones

Extremely rare Kramer of New York Clear Crystal and deep Blue Stones. Both the base of the bell and the hanging clappers move. All the stones are crystal clear and the Blue is deep and clear. I know it is very old because it was my mom's. It measures 2" in length. Metal is silver tone. It is signed just above the bell.
