Kramer of New York 1940’s signed vintage rare heavy Rhinestone Brooch

Preowned the pin bar is slightly bent. Otherwise the stones are beautiful. Dazzling Rhinestone Brooch made by Kramer of New York. In 1948 Kramer patented the trademark "The Diamond Look". Surely, this Brooch is part of that collection. No stones are missing. Very clean. Approximately 2 inches. Great piece to add or start a collection.
