From a local boutique near me. Super light weight dress. Could be used as a cover up or a dress. Super flowy fit. Has braided detail at back of neck line. Some fraying by button. Does no interfere with button. Could easily be twisted and stitched back down. Worn only a handful of times. Slightly a high-low bottom
