Advertised on the Korean Online store JUSTONE as ‘Jural 4 Color Back Waist band Slacks’. These are brand new with tags and black in color. Made in Korea. Ordered as size M on website - tag says size 2. I estimate they fit US S-M girlies - the waistband is cinched in the back, making sizing pretty flexible.
