Knox Rose Plaid Target Dress

Like new plaid dress from Target. Bought for $30 and wore once for family pictures. Like new. Fabric is a soft cotton. Size small, measurements are in pictures. I am 5’6” and it hits just above my knees. It is very flowy and runs a bit big, but more fitted at the top. Sleeves are slightly puffy at the top, and can be unbuttoned at the bottom and rolled up. Would be so cute with a denim jacket!
