@wrforrest Hi, I think this brand tends to be a little oversized. I checked other smalls that are a little oversized, and they measure the same. I checked some larges, and they measured approx. 22" to 23". I then checked more fitted tops in medium, and they measured more like this Knox Rose! different brands vary, So, that is why I include measurements. I hope this helps! 🙈 😄
