This is a Knox Rose 3/4 Balloon Sleeve Women's Blouse that is a size XL. It ties in the front. It is 100% Lyocell. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-22.25" and the length is 28". It is in good condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem.
