Very pretty Blue Knit dress. Can be worn with tights or boots. But can also be worn as a Sweater. It is a lace/mesh bottom of dress. Top portion is a lace trimmed in grey threading. Sleeves are an unusual soft cotton material in a darker blue/grey. Really different.
