Knee-High Go Go Boots

worn on 4 occasions, slight scuffing on sides of the shoes that face each other. im a size 7, but these are a little big for my feet, so these might fit a 7.5 - 8 best. sock style boots that hug your calf. I have bug calfs, and they are just slightly snug for me but not uncomfortable. any offers welcome.
