I bought this originally circa 2013 at Pacsun. Beautiful flowy & flattering Blouse with a Woven collar. Has a tiny hole in the front. Because of the folds in the fabric, it's hardly noticeable. So soft. Juniors brand. Included a really old pic of my Millennial self wearing it 🤣
