This classic kilt style maxi skirt is made by Kinlock Anderson renown tartan manufacturers in Scotland. Black and white plaid with deep pleats in the back and a flat front. The wool has a raw fringe edge on the right side to use a pin but the leather buckles are not present. Size 16 Waist: 29" Hips: 38" Length: 40" 3 issues with this kilt: There is a 2.5" black cotton waistband patch and there is a stain on the waistband near the patch.
