What I did to my personal units was braid it in 4 sections, put perm rods at the ends, and dip the wig in boiling water. This revived the wig and re-curled it. It was also much faster that wand curling the wig.

If you need to refresh them just braid the hair in sections and add perm rods at the ends and dip the entire unit in boiling water. It's way faster than re-curling the whole wig with a wand curler
