King/queen size comforter with matching pillow shams and bedskirt

Comforter measures 98" x 86". Bedskirt measures 74" x 79" the white part.There is a tiny hole in corner of the bedskirt on white spot. Skirt drop measures 13 inches. Some picks on the comforter. some of the seaming is out. The filling in the comforter is bunched up . I guess from washing. But overall comforter is still very usable. This sounds like alot of issues but Im am trying to be as honest as possible. Im not sure if it is a queen or king but I did post the measurements.
